"After crashing my 2003 H-D Heritage Softail, I was more interested in getting it fixed. After talking to Harry and some of the other chapter members, I felt the best thing to do to avoid not having a bike for 5 - 6 weeks, that I would entertain buying a new one. Marc went over all the new features of the 2008 versus my 2003, and when it was all said and done, I felt a new bike at this time would be best for me. Marc got all the paperwork and the bike ready for me in a day's time. That showed me how competent TSI was and my buying experience was much better than when I bought my fist bike at another dealer in MA. I could not have been happier to ride out on my new bike, just in time for the Chapter Break-Out ride on the following sunday. I appreciate all that TSI has done for me over the past two years, and am glad to finally have purchased a bike from Harry, who is always friendly with me and says hi everytime I see him. I would recommend TSI to all my friends who are thinking of purchasing a Harley."

"All of my life I wanted to own a H-D. A Pearl White Heritage Softail in particular. My wife and I talked for a couple of years about buying. Finally one day we stopped in just to get pricing--real numbers so we could plan the purchase down the road. We talked with Phil, told him what we were looking for in a bike (we actually gave him several models we were interested in) and the price range we had in mind. He ran all the numbers and it worked with our budget.
We walked in to get pricing and walked out proud new owners of a 2007 white gold pearl Heritage Softail Classic. A dream come true!
The staff at TSI Columbia have been awesome, across the board. TSI definately prides themselves in service, even after the sale.

"Bought my first bike (used) here over 3 years ago. This time it's a new bike purchase ('07 FXSTC).
I travel a lot, and checked out other dealers, and the prices here were better then some of the "major" dealers in New England. Prices for the bikes were clearly displayed. One H-D dealer which is actually closer to me, does not display prices. To me, that is everything.
Phil was great, putting up with my "visits" saying one day I'm going to buy a new bike. I ordered a few accessories, and the dealership, as a whole, went beyond the call to get and install them, so I could take the bike for a spin. (It's December 30th now!) Bruce in service guided me thru some other mods I'm getting done. Again, everyone here is GREAT!
All I can say is that I have no problem recommending TSI to anyone!"

"I first became a customer June of '05 and have had a very posiive experience.
Let me start with sales; I was respectfully greeted, treated well, and given personal attention and the service was quick. Parts; after the purchase there is of course modiications. These guys really helped in customizing my bike, paying attention to my wants and questions. Service; the most important department. The hard working men here, especially Matt, have been nothing less than outstanding. They worked above and beyond getting my bike set up the way I wanted it. They are always there when I have questions whether by phone or in person. The mechanics doing the service in the back are also much appreciated. Service always have me seem like I am the most important customer.
